役割と責任:
- クリエイティブディレクター、デザインディレクター、リードデザイナーの指導の下、世界最大級のブランド向けに素晴らしい成果物を作る、国際的なチームの一員として働く。
- ブランドの価値観やクリエイティブコンセプト、UXドキュメント、ユーザーストーリーを、革新的なビジュアル＆機能的なデザインソリューションへと翻訳する。
- オリジナルのブリーフを超えて、創造力と技術の両面で可能性の限界に挑戦する。
- 問題解決スキルと幅広いデザインソリューションを駆使し、プロジェクトの開始から終了、そして途中の工程までを管理し、最高品質のアウトプットを保証する。
- 必要に応じてデザインのプロトタイプを作成し、追加の説明を提供しながら、オンラインコミュニケーションを通して同僚やクライアントに作品を披露、プレゼンテーションを行う。
- 書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションを通じて、デザインの意図や意義を明確に伝える。
- 作成されるコンテンツのトーンは、現地の文化や嗜好を反映しつつも、全体のブランド戦略に沿った正確さと一貫性を持たせる。
応募資格:
- 素晴らしいデザイナーであること。オンラインポートフォリオ、デジタル・ウェブデザイン分野での5年以上の実務経験があること。
- 美的センスだけでなく、プレゼンテーション能力、リサーチ、トラブルシューティング、問題解決能力も優れていること。
- 好奇心旺盛で、常に学び続け、成長しようとする姿勢があること。
- 人や多様性を尊重し、協力して働くのが得意で強い対人コミュニケーション能力と理解力を持っていること。
- 英語と日本語が流暢であること。
- 批判的な目を持つ一方で、建設的な意見や賞賛をバランス良く伝え、他者がさらに成長したいと思える環境を作れること。
- タイポグラフィ、インタラクションデザイン、ユーザビリティ、グリッドシステム、ホワイトスペース、アスペクト比、色彩理論といったデザインの基本を深く理解し、徹底的に細部にまでこだわって作業に没頭できること。
- 高級プロジェクトにおいても、自信を持ってリードできること。
- Adobe Creative Cloud（Photoshop, Illustrator, XDなど）、Sketch、Figma、Principleなどの最新のデザイン＆プロトタイピングツールを熟知していること。
- 経験と知識を活かし、ユーザーエクスペリエンスの質を判断し、向上させるために必要な改善点を明確に説明できること。
- 時間、予算、スケジュールを意識しながらも、柔軟に対応し、各プロジェクトを成功に導くために努力を惜しまず取り組めること。
