About the Role
Monks is hiring for a Senior Account Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and project execution between clients and the internal team. You will support the Account Manager/ Director in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. You’ll also help manage multiple projects simultaneously, from understanding client briefs to delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Arrange meetings with clients to understand their briefs, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management: Manage multiple ongoing projects, allocate priorities, and ensure all projects run smoothly, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Client Solutions: Provide quick responses and solutions to client requests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Internal Team Collaboration: Debrief internal team members on job requirements, ensuring everyone is aligned and clear on deliverables.
- Quality Control: Monitor all project stages, ensuring that the work submitted to clients is of the highest quality.
- Financial Administration: Create quotations, ensure timely billing, and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all statuses are up-to-date.
- Team Coordination: Work with different client contacts and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page.
