About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. This role is crucial for the growth of our company and requires a proactive approach to engaging with prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, databases).
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce our products/services.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and manage leads in the CRM system to track interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights from prospects to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Meet Quotas: Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets.

 

About You

The essentials:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
