We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Post Producer to lead our post-production projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the post-production process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and team members to achieve project goals and standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Supervise and mentor junior post-production staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets client specifications.
- Implement best practices for post-production processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in post-production, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proficient in post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, ProTools).
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows, including audio and visual editing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ticketing and project management tools such as Jira or Asana for tracking project progress and resource allocation.

- Feedback Management: Relay client feedback to the team and ensure the quality of their output.
- Simplification: Translate complex production needs into clear language for clients and stakeholders.
- Deadline Management: Ensure deadlines are met with precision and flag unattainable deadlines in advance.
- Scheduling: Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments while ensuring the right talents are allocated.
- Project Planning: Assist in quoting, scoping, and planning new post and sound projects with department leads.
Requirements
For this Senior position, we are seeking an individual with a robust resume and at least 8 years of professional experience.
- Post Production Expertise: Keen and knowledgeable about producing and planning post and sound projects.
- Technical Acumen: Sufficient understanding of technical aspects to identify and resolve possible planning and production issues.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language.
- Advisory Skills: Ability to provide insights on a range of post-production and sound matters.
- Project Management Tools: Proficient in ticketing and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
