Role Overview:
As a Procurement Analyst, you will manage and optimize international procurement processes, working on high-impact projects while applying best practices across all purchasing activities to support team goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international procurement operations and processes.
- Analyze purchasing strategies to maximize cost savings and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations with a focus on quality and value.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international regulations.
- Provide insights and promote best practices for optimizing procurement strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in procurement, focusing on international purchasing.
- Proficiency in procurement systems; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in fast-paced industries is preferred.
