About the Role

A highly experienced professional with over 3 years in payment processing and financial operations, specialising in overseeing significant financial transactions across global entities. Demonstrated expertise in Cash Management and ensuring compliance with Corporate Treasury Standards. Exceptional communicator with strong team collaboration and organisational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Cash Management

  • Manage intercompany cash flow movements
  • Develop and refine daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasts to anticipate funding needs
  • Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. forecast cash positions

Financial Reporting

  • Generate comprehensive weekly cash reports and develop detailed monthly Treasury Dashboards, including cash positions and payment volumes.

Payment Processing

  • Oversee and verify outgoing payments, ensuring strict compliance with internal requirements
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in payment proposals and approvals

Transaction Monitoring

  • Analyse banking transactions for accuracy and adherence to company policies
  • Supervise banking systems to confirm the status of payment batches, ensuring timely releases

Authorisation Management

  • Communicate and escalate pending payment authorisations to align with country-specific bank cut-off times

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimise banking services.

Compliance

  • Ensure rigorous adherence to banking regulations and internal controls.

 

About You

The essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years in a senior financial role focused on payment processing and cash management
  • Proficient in various banking platforms, with advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for effective and concise information exchange
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk assessment and the implementation of operational improvements
