This role as People Strategy Manager means that you'll collaborate daily with dedicated business groups and work with the group’s senior leadership direct reports to identify the People's needs and to develop strategies to achieve goals. These may include talent and retention, employee performance and development, and other organizational objectives. This Manager must possess strong business acumen and have the capability to work across all levels of the People “stack” - strategic, operational, tactical, and exercising influence across levels and teams. Reporting to the Global VP, People Strategy.
This role is fixed term (9 months) to cover a temporary leave.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global VP of People Strategy to support senior leadership to understand their goals and develop strategies to support them, optimizing relationships with HR teams, People Operations, Talent Discovery, Finance, Legal, and other teams.
- Partner with SVP & VP level across Marketing Services for a clear understanding of company programs, policies, trainings and more.
- Support Global VP of People Strategy with bonus and merit calibrations.
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on people-related issues.
- Provide data and reporting to Global VP of People Strategy for analysis and strategic design
- Support execution of people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational and operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Support core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
- Partner with the Operations to coordinate initiatives across Marketing Services.
- An expert on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
- Act as People Strategy Workday expert to support company wide projects such as Job Architecture, Advanced Comp Merit, organizational changes, etc.
Experience you already have:
- 5-7 years of experience in the human resources discipline
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, strategic workforce planning, and employee development.
- Clearly articulated business acumen
- Knowledge of Financial operations and impact to business operations
- Ability to set specific, measurable goals, monitor progress closely, plan ahead and link activities to business priorities
- Ability to respond quickly to changes in the business environment and deal with ambiguity
- Some experience with merger and acquisition
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Workday is a strong plus

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.
- Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience.
- High integrity/will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values
- COE background, i.e., Analytics, Compensation, HRIS, HR Ops.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
- Use knowledge of the business strategy or the ability to probe for required understanding of business strategy/context in order to properly align solutions or problem-solving approaches.
- Provide solutions that effectively incorporate global context and support necessary collaboration across org/geo boundaries.
